Johnson Polymer, LLC will discontinue its global technical and commercial alliance with Essential Industries of Merton, WI, effective Dec. 31, 2004.  The companies joined forces to leverage their polyurethane chemistry capabilities in April 2001.      The decision to dissolve the joint venture is mutual, said L.
